This beautiful fish is a delicacy in local restaurants throughout California due its consistent availability and delightful texture. This painting was made in the early days of Ballast Point Brewing and soon became iconic on the label of their Pale Ale. The Yellowtail as a meal also pairs well with the Ballast Point Pale Ale.
